One 40HQ loaded with 8,000 pairs of ladies winter shoes were shipped to South Africa from Xiamen port of China in November of 2016.. We got the stock lot offer in May of 2016 from a direct manufacturer in Fujian Province in China. The original buyer is from Germany who cancelled the shipment since the products failed to pass VOC test. After four months of negotiation, we finally sold this stocklot to some department store in South Africa.
